Interim payment application
An interim payment application is the contractor's monthly claim for the value of work done and materials on site. It is checked against inspections and, once agreed, leads to a payment certificate, which in turn allows the invoice to be raised.

How SupaJack Construct handles it
In SupaJack Construct an application records what it claims: work, linked to the work inspection report that supports it, materials on site, linked to the material inspection report, or another agreed item. No invoice can be raised until the application has been certified, so the certificate is the gate between a claim and an invoice.
