Who we are

construct.supajack.com is run by Tech Labs FZ LLC, a company in the United Arab Emirates. We build and operate SupaJack Construct. You can reach us about anything on this page with the Email us link at the bottom.

What we collect on this website

When you book a demo we receive what you type: your name, company, role, phone or WhatsApp number, work email, anything you write about what you want to see, and the time you picked. We also record the internet address the booking came from, only to stop repeated automated bookings. If you switch the site to Arabic, your browser remembers that choice. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.

Why we use it

To hold the time you booked, send you a confirmation, contact you by call, WhatsApp or email about the demo, and give you a login to a demo company.

Who else handles it

Bookings are stored on our own server. Emails are sent through Mailgun, which delivers them on our behalf. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep a booking for as long as we need it to arrange and follow up the demo. Ask us and we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Data inside SupaJack Construct
