WPS (Wage Protection System)
The Wage Protection System is the UAE's electronic salary transfer system. Private companies registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation pay wages through approved banks or exchange houses by sending a salary information file (SIF) that lists each worker's pay for the period.
