What is an accredited service provider for UAE e-invoicing?
A service provider granted accreditation to provide e-invoicing services in the UAE. Every business inside the system must appoint one: by 30 October 2026 for revenue of AED 50 million or more, and by 31 March 2027 for smaller businesses. The provider validates, exchanges and reports e-invoices on the business's behalf.
Choosing one
The Ministry of Finance publishes the list of accredited providers and a document of considerations for selecting one. Contractors should check how the provider receives data from their accounting system, how rejected invoices are reported back, and how credit notes are handled.
The definition changed in October 2026
Ministerial Decision 197 of 2026, in force from 1 October 2026, replaced the definition so that an accredited service provider is one accredited under the legislation regulating the e-invoicing system. The accreditation rules themselves are in Decisions 64 of 2025, 56 of 2026 and 168 of 2026.
How SupaJack Construct fits
SupaJack Construct does not transmit e-invoices itself. It stores the company's Peppol endpoint ID, and its setup check flags a company with none on file. The invoices it produces are passed to the company's accredited service provider, which handles transmission and reporting.
